The People Leader is ultimately responsible and accountable for the scalability of the business in line with strategic hypergrowth objectives. Defining and implementing strategic HR practices such as performance management, talent development, retention and engagement activities as well as ensuring the business complies with all legal and regulatory requirements. They will be responsible for leading at both a strategic and an operational level, all People orientated initiatives and activities. They will have direct accountability for enabling the growth in headcount that Robiquity requires in order to meet its growth objectives whilst ensuring the culture of the business is retained. The role will report directly into the CEO and be part of the Senior Management Team and is a critical senior role within the business. The ideal candidate will bring extensive HR and People related experiences and be able to operate in a fast dynamic growing technology business.
What you’ll be doing
> Designing, communicating and implementing our Employee Value Proposition.
> Overseeing the implementation and day to day running of Robiquity’s Performance Management Framework.
> Defining the recruitment and selection strategy and owning the execution of this across all required roles within the business.
> Developing and reporting on key People metrics and MI to enable the Leadership Team to successfully grow the business, driving insightful HR Data and MI to support effective decision making.
> Identifying People related risks and issues and putting plans in place to mitigate them e.g. Attrition.
> Overseeing the development and implementation of all learning and development within the business,evaluating the existing frameworks and recommending changes and improvements to them.
> Consult with all Managerial level individuals within the business providing HR guidance.
> Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
> Nuture a positive working environment, championing diversity and inclusion.
> Defining and implementing Pay and remuneration frameworks and governance processes.
> Make recommendations regarding the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
> Ensure Job Descriptions, Job Roles and Profiles are accurate and consistent across the organisation feeding into the Recruitment process as necessary.
> Ensure the people function operates in line with best practice HR Governance, legal and regulatory requirements.
> Lead, Develop and grow the People Team, driving continuous development and improvement.
> Develop and implement Leadership and Management Programmes, including executive coaching, training and development, supporting career growth and succession planning in line with diversity targets.
> Championing employee engagement and recognition.
What you’ll need
> CIPD Level 7 or working towards level 7 Excellent People Management Skills
> Full understanding of HR functions and best practice
> People orientated and results driven
> Knowledge of HR systems and databases
> Ability to build interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
> Proven/previous work experience as a Senior HR Leader
> Experience in designing compensation and benefits packages
> Knowledge of employment legislation and HR regulations
> Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
> Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
> A leader and a strategic thinker
> Has a good level or interest and/or knowledge of Technology Consulting
