Robiquity & Virgin Media O2 win UKCCF Gold award for ‘Best Use of Technology’

The UK Contact Centre Forum recently held its prestigious annual awards judged by an experienced panel of judges.

Robiquity and Virgin Media O2 won the coveted Gold award for ‘Best Use of Technology’.  Robiquity has been able to reduce Average Handling Times (AHT) by 20% and enabled Virgin Media O2 to handle an additional 211k calls over a 6 month period using the same amount of resource and saved the company over £1.5m annually.
