Tom has 20 years experience in delivering technology enabled benefits to businesses in multiple industry sectors. After a successful career in Consulting with PwC, Tom spent 5 years leading an AI software business, during which time he established a partnership with Robiquity. Tom is now responsible for setting the strategic direction for Robiquity, delivering on it’s ambitious growth targets and establishing Robiquity as the leading pureplay automation services company in the UK.

Following a military career in the parachute regiment, and then in recruitment, Jack co-founded Robiquity and brings a high energy, no nonsense, disciplined, approach to running the UK business and driving global expansion. Jack shares responsibility for the continued growth across sales and operations – while managing strategic accounts and generating organic, new business. He is also focused on evangelising about the company’s innovative go to market products that blend human talent with an innovative operating model.

Sadie joined Robiquity in 2022 following GCP’s investment to help it into its next phase of growth. Sadie previously worked with GCP as CFO at Infinity Works – a Leeds based consultancy business which grew significantly over the three years prior to sale that Sadie was there. Sadie is Leeds based.

A trusted authority on intelligent automation technology, Anthony develops Robiquity’s intellectual property and technical capabilities. He is shaping an exciting product roadmap – developing solutions that take IA and further evolve it towards intelligent automation. Prior to joining Robiquity, Anthony took a lead RPA role within Npower – who are globally renowned for creating a mature automation capability – with a successful deployment of over 350 robots.

James joined Robiquity in 2018 after working within Hitachi Consulting’s Managed Services division. James is responsible for the commercial management of Robiquity’s client engagements and leads Robiquity’s Project Management Office.

Alaa started in the Telecoms industry, building the automation scope and road map to automate core business processes as well as the supporting functions across different business units. He then moved on to apply the same principles and learnings successfully in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Hospitality sectors.

Damian has over 20 years of technology experience ranging from software development through program management all with the base of creating solutions improving business effectiveness. The most recent 7 years has been focused on RPA and bringing forth the next genergation of the digital workforce.
Damian holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Operations Research from the University of Waterloo, Canada. Outside of the office his activities include leading a pack for Cubs Scouts, running, photography and video editing.
