The Role

What you’ll be doing

  • Designing, communicating and implementing our Employee Value Proposition.
  • Overseeing the implementation and day to day running of Robiquity’s  Performance Management Framework.
  • Defining the recruitment and selection strategy and owning the execution of this across all required roles within the business.
