The Role

  • Designing, communicating and implementing our Employee Value Proposition.
  • Overseeing the implementation and day to day running of Robiquity’s  Performance Management Framework.
  • Defining the recruitment and selection strategy and owning the execution of this across all required roles within the business.
  • Developing and reporting on key People metrics and MI to enable the Leadership Team to successfully grow the business, driving insightful HR Data and MI to support effective decision making.

The Role

As part of the Automation Discovery team you will be responsible for the identification and communication of key automation opportunities within clients. This means you will work with key client stakeholders to identify the processes suitable for automation / CI workstreams and document these with precision. As part of a project team you will lead the formalisation of our Automation Roadmap Assessment reports including the creation of an associated business case for automation / CI activity. Throughout our engagements our team of Analysts are involved in the continuous review of new opportunities and also support the facilitation of client change to enable automation.
